Services – Embroidery

Everything Uniform have been doing embroidery since 1995, so have many years of expertise in this field to help you with your garment decoration process. We only use top of the range Barudan industrial machines as they are world renowned leaders in their field. Our machines run 15 cotton colours per head so all your special colour requirements are met. Below we have listed some information to help you explain to us how you would like your garment decorated.


Shown below (click on the image to view larger) we have listed our most common font requests which you can choose from. Mind you, we have many more fonts in our library if you are needing to replicate a business logo design or club newsletter font for example. If you choose one of our fonts for your design with no pictures involved, there is NO SET UP FEE! Just a cost per garment for the embroidery charge.

If your business or club have a special design of your own, just provide us with a jpeg, pdf or corel draw file and we will be able to provide you with a quotation on your set up fee (once only charge) and also the cost per garment for the embroidery of the logo. You can always scan your business card, letterhead etc if you don’t have a copy of your logo. Set up fees range from $38-50 (inc gst) up to a maximum of $143-00 (inc gst) per design. We do however offer a discount on set up fees on all orders placed of over 30 garments!

If you have had your logo designed by a graphic artist you may be able to provide us with Pantone colours which we can then relate back to embroidery thread colours. If you have already had an embroidery logo done elsewhere they may be able to provide you with thread colours. We use Kingstar brand of thread.


After many years of experience, we know that a stitched sampler of your embroidery design sent to you for approval is a necessity. It is the only true way you can check your design to make sure it is exactly what you want before it is applied to your garment. If you are happy with it, you then sign the approval sheet that comes with it and fax or email it back to us so your order can proceed. Process usually takes 5 working days from receipt of artwork to completion of sampler.
